Coastlands Consultants consists of a team of full-time, on-site, mentors who are committed to relationally-based ministry. This team ministers to both students and teachers, providing retreats, seminars, Spiritual Emphasis Weeks, and any number of other helpful experiences in churches, Christian schools and camps.

Coastlands Consultants is a relationally-based ministry providing on-site mentoring teams in a variety of Christian venues, including Spiritual Emphasis Weeks, retreats, women's ministries, leadership training, VBS, camp ministry and teacher training. Coastlands teams travel across the Northeast and Eastern Seaboard. 

Known for her contagious enthusiasm and creativity, Pam Brady has been a conference speaker at Christian Education venues for over 20 years. As the founder of Coastlands Consultants her passion is to see the Lord raise up “an army, not an audience.”
